submit sends a transaction you have already verified and signed. It resolves with status, the transaction hash, and the ledger it landed in. A failed submission throws a LumenWipeApiError.
Submit transactions in order, and wait for each to confirm before the next. For an account that needs several signers, collect signatures on the same envelope until the threshold is met, then submit once.
Because closing an account is irreversible, never submit a transaction you did not verify first.
