Troubleshooting

A blocker means a step cannot be closed safely, and LumenWipe will not skip it. Read the explanation on the review page. Most blockers name the exact entry and what would resolve it. After you act, analyze the account again.
An account with the AUTH_IMMUTABLE flag can never be merged. This is a protocol rule, not a LumenWipe limit.
The destination must be a funded account that exists on the selected network, and it cannot be the account you are closing. Create and fund it first.
An account that sponsors a claimable balance cannot merge until a claimant claims it. If you are a claimant, LumenWipe claims it for you. If you are not, the claimant has to act.
An account at its minimum balance cannot pay its own fee. LumenWipe sponsors the fee for the closing transactions, and the sponsorship can only pay fees.
If the route for an asset is no longer available between analysis and signing, the build is refused and names the asset. LumenWipe will not change your choice for you. Pick a different option for that asset, such as a transfer, which needs no route.
Reopen the flow. Completed steps are skipped, and a failed step can be retried. A transaction that confirmed but whose response was lost is detected and not submitted twice.
Check that the memo matches what the exchange gave you. Contact the exchange with the transaction hash, which the completion page lists.
